I don’t know about you, but I love a small window of time in the morning just to be prepared for the day.
And then there are those days….
Like today. Peaceful morning.
Then chaos ensues.
Good news.
That peaceful time in the morning allows me to endure the chaos more easily, and keep my head in the game.

consider just 5 minutes either right after getting up, or before rushing out the door to work. It will absolutely help keep your head in the game when the chaos arrives. And you deserve to be in the game!
