Yes! You are on the Holiday Home Stretch!
... might feel like you need the 7th Inning Stretch (and a nap), but we're way closer to Christmas than that!
The holiday season is FULL.
Parties. Planning. Cooking. Events. Christmas every weekend with a different group of friends or family. It can be hard to find time to take a deep breath, let alone a much-needed break.
In order to finish this fun-filled season strong,
it's critical to carve out mini-investments in ourselves. These can be as simple as
Actually stopping twice a day to take that deep, slow breath
Choosing to hit the hay early 1-2 nights/week (that TV show will still be there tomorrow)
Saying no to the office treats as they pile up in the break room
These opportunities don't just show up, we have to create them. We have to choose to do something for ourselves.
I challenge you to double down on your self-investment
so you can show up strong and healthy for the fun and carry your health into the New Year. You deserve it!
