I don’t know about you, but there’s a LOT going on this season.
When life gets very full, I ground myself in the simple principles for that season of my life. Here is a recap of the wellness principles for this season:
Be Present
and allow yourself to fully sink into each moment and experience throughout your day.
Stay Rested
to keep your body in balance, allowing for quality recovery at night and an alert mind during the day.
Limit Sugar
because it’s the antithesis of supporting your wellness and immune system.
Crappy Gratitude
allows for you to address and heal through the challenges so you can let them go and be more wholly healthy.
And remember, investing in yourself is not selfish.
Rather, it’s what allows you to be full and generously to give of yourself to others. So, invest in yourself today (and tomorrow!) because you deserve it.
