It’s a big and ongoing topic, mostly because it’s a big and ongoing thing in our lives and bodies. Just because it’s big, doesn’t mean it’s complex.
Inflammation is inflammation is inflammation.
Unless we’re talking an acute ankle sprain…. If you have inflammation in one area / system / organ, you have it throughout your body.
Inflammation can be triggered by a vast number of things
such as food, toxins, too much of the wrong movement, not enough of the right movement, inflammation itself, and even our mental-emotional state. Inflammation occurs throughout our body on a microscopic level; and long-term inflammation is very damaging to the body.
There are many ways besides pharmaceutical medications to naturally address inflammation and bring your body back to a healthier balance.
The best method for addressing inflammation is a whole-body approach, rather than only addressing the most symptomatic signs of inflammation. Because…. You are one organism. One amazingly complex, beautifully created organism. And to only address the most symptomatic sign of inflammation doesn’t necessarily allow you to get to the root cause.
You deserve to be cared for with whole-body care. You deserve to have the big picture and the little picture addressed.
