Be the Good Vibe.

You’ve had that experience when you meet someone and they overflow with positive energy – you just want to be around them! 

Or just the opposite…

When someone walks into the room, putting off a bad vibe, and the entire energy state in the room changes.  This energy or ‘vibe’ you’re feeling from others is a direct result of their energy state.

 

And the same is true for you - the ‘vibe’ you exude is a direct result of your energy state. 

 

So you ask – what is our energy state??  Our energetic state is comprised of our mental/emotional, physical, biochemical, and spiritual states of being.  And each of these four states is not equally weighted.  In some respects, we’re all aware of this idea. 

Yet, to make changes in our ‘vibe’ takes conscious effort. 

We have to take conscious action, input positive energy, and choose to say, do, or think things that will impact our energetic state in a positive way – this is how we change our vibe for the better.

And here’s the thing, I’m not telling you you have to change.  If you like your vibe, if you’re satisfied with your current energy state, then do nothing.  I’m merely bringing to your consciousness what happens when you do decide to make a shift.  So if you like where you are, do nothing.  Doing nothing means kickin back and coasting.  And, friends, there’s only one way to coast – downhill. 

 

So my question today, are you expressing the kind of vibe you want to express?  

And what are you going to do about it?
